What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and SDKs, do comparable things and are covered by this policy in the same way. Cookies can be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other services the site loads (third-party cookies), and they can last for a single visit (session cookies) or for a set period (persistent cookies).
Cookies on this website
This website does not use analytics, advertising, social-media or any other tracking cookies, and Orbio AI does not set cookies of its own on it. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not share browsing data with advertisers. For that reason the site does not show a cookie banner: nothing it does requires your consent.
The only cookies you may encounter are these:
| Source | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare (our hosting provider) | Protecting the site from automated abuse and keeping it available. These cookies, where set, are strictly necessary to deliver the site and do not identify you to us. | Strictly necessary · third party |
| YouTube (embedded videos on customer pages) | Some customer stories include a video. We load it through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set cookies until you press play. If you play a video, YouTube may set cookies under its own policy. | Functional · third party · only after you play |
The contact form on this site sends what you type to Orbio AI over an encrypted connection. It does not set cookies. How we then process that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to services that Orbio AI runs on other domains, such as the Trust Center and our careers site, and to third-party sites. Each of those has its own cookie and privacy policy, which applies as soon as you leave orbioai.co.
How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you refuse all cookies, refuse third-party cookies only, or clear the cookies already stored. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting provider may stop parts of the site from loading. Guidance for the most common browsers is published by each vendor: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a service that sets cookies requiring your consent, for example web analytics, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before that service loads. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
