Orbio Partner API
When the integration needs to run the other way round
Job boards, staffing platforms and in-house systems do not always want a connector built for them. The Partner API is the same surface Orbio's own integrations run on: a documented REST API over candidates, applications, positions, appointments and employees, with webhooks in both directions.
The objects your systems care about
Positions and their criteria, screening questions and status; candidates, applications and documents; appointments and interview configurations; employees, work sites, roles and teams. Read them, create them, update them.
Outbound webhooks on every event
Candidate, application, position and scheduling events, from created and updated to status changed, screening completed and appointment booked or cancelled, pushed to your endpoint as they happen, signed with HMAC SHA256 or the auth scheme you configure.
Inbound too
Job boards and partner platforms post applications and candidate events straight into Orbio through a per-integration webhook endpoint, signature-verified before anything is processed.
Enterprise auth and regions
A scoped API key per integration with per-integration rate limits, EU and US production hosts and a staging environment to build against. Versioned, with a GDPR deletion-request endpoint so erasure is an API call, not a support ticket.
